Reaching out to those young people finding it hard to come in from the cold we know we can't reach everyone but we can plant the seed of change and that's a good place to start.  

"we will always reach out or throw a life line with a message of direction"

Without the opportunity to change young people would have very little hope of ever achieving personal growth and social development with that said we work harder to engage those finding it difficult to accept that change is needed.
