Worked with the YMCA befriending scheme where he would work with adults with disabilities working out in the gym, going shopping or having a beer they say it was a pleasure to watch.
Then in 1997 with the help of the justice team and the YMCA Tony secured a position as a residential social worker where he went from strength to strength. Tony then joined their crisis intervention team where it became quite clear very quickly that Tony had something to offer.
