"helping them to keep there tenancy and manage there safe space"

Supported living  preparing for independence our supportive living programme leaves no stone unturned making that transitional period easier we support young people living in a variety of accommodations within the community.
On release from prison the programmes are almost identical the only difference being is if a curfew is imposed.  If from prison we start working with the young person four months before release. Without the necessary skills or the correct support things can and will quickly spiraled out of control.
