We have found using effective role play helps to deliver a more realistic view of the trauma suffered by victims, and helps offenders understand how their behaviour affects not only an individuals way of life, but a family's too.

"I do it because I want to". Using role play, they get to see the difference between somebody asking for a favour or coercing them into offending. Our offender management programme gives young people the necessary skills to do the right thing by saying no in a way that they will not lose face amongst their peers.
